Delivery policy
All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail. Delivery options are as follows:
UK standard delivery: 3-5 working days
Non-UK standard delivery: 10-15 working days
Returns policy
Olsen Verlag hopes that you will be happy with your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will refund your payment to you. Please contact us if you wish to do this.
After this time, you may return your product in exchange for a credit note. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging if applicable. Please keep your receipt. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
